I forbindelse med mit projekt med at skifte fra lysstofrør til LEDs fik jeg den ide at du kunne være fedt at have solopgang og solnedgang, samt en måde at justere lysstyrken på LEDs.
I første omgang var planen at bruge et modul fra GHI Electronics med .NET micro framework så jeg kunne kode i C#.
Der var dog nogle få ting der generede mig med modulerne fra GHI:
- Det er ikke realtime system
- Det første modul jeg ville bruge var ikke helt kraftigt nok, og det blev sat ud af produktion
- Det andet modul jeg ville bruge er meget dyrt
Så jeg skiftede til Arduino platformen, mest fordi der er et stort community omkring platformen, men også realtime.
Min plan er at den færdige akvariecomputer skal have følgende sensorer og funktioner:
- Vandtemperatur. Mulighed for op til 4 temperatursensor.
- pH til at regulere CO2 via relæ.
- Ilt
- Ledningsevne.
- Vandniveau.
- Gennemstrømning fra udvendigt filter.
- Styre et antal dæmpere/drivers til LEDs
- Tænde/slukke CO2
- Tænde/slukke varmelegeme og tænde/slukke blæser til at afkøle vandoverfladen
- Tænde/slukke luftpumpe
- Dosering af flydende gødning
- Webserver til visning og opsætning og dermed netkort
- Ur med automatisk indstilling og styring af sommer/vintertid
- Skærm og en eller flere knapper til visning og opsætning
Da jeg er i gang med at skifte mine lysstofrør ud med LEDs fra Cree har jeg brug for nogle drivers som jeg kan styre fra en arduino. I øjeblikket bruger jeg 3W kold hvid LEDs, men mm det bliver en blanding af kold og varm hvid, eller RGB(W) LEDs i fremtiden har jeg ikke besluttet endnu.

I Roskilde Akvarieforening har vi en lille opdrætskonkurrence med kejsertetra. Jeg hentede mine 6 for en uge siden, så nu er det tid til at fodre fisk op til leg ;o)
